"We can not say enough good things about this company. We built our house in 2000. My husband is an electrician so he wired our house. He ran phone and internet cables to each and every room in the house but only finished the ones in our office. He has since changed occupations and just didn't get around to it. (You know the mechanic that never works on his own car thing) :-) Long story short we had purchased a receiver and speakers from a local stereo shop. They recommended we hook everything up with a direct Ethernet cable. I had them come and look but they said there were no cables for that and they would have to run wires and install all new wires. My husband said no since he knew he had ran those wires. We have since purchased cell phones, roku, apple tv....so many things draining on the wireless. Buffering was terrible so we called Centurylink to have them check our internet. They said we needed to up our connection speed. We did, and it didn't get any better. Called again and they sent out a tech. He said our modem/router was older and could not handle all that were were trying to do. So, went out and bought a new modem and bought a 300 dollar router. It was better but still slow in the downstairs bedrooms. Once again called Centurylink and an awesome tech came over and told me to call these guys and have them run Ethernet to those rooms. We had been told several times that the wiring my husband did was not what he needed. He was sure he had ran those cables. The office modem and phones were hooked up using what he had installed. He just forgot what he needed to do since it had been so long. It was frustrating. So, we finally gave up and called the Wireguys. These guys came in, looked at my modem and router. I told them about the panel. He went over and took one look at it and said, "Wow, this is great! All the wires are here, all we have to do is hook up the ends and you are all set. I was like, "Are you kidding me??" He said no, and that my husband had done a really nice job. He had ran a separate phone line and Ethernet line to each outlet. They came to install one internet line in my my daughter's room and when we called we were told they would possibly have to run a line under the house and possibly one outside on the house depending on her room. He didn't have to do any of that. In the two hours they were here, they hooked up the Ethernet cords in four rooms. I was so pleased. They guys knew exactly what they needed to do and they were super nice. My husband finally was vindicated and he was thrilled! I can no longer gripe about having wires hanging out of walls because of procrastination. :-) So, the moral of the story is, Guys, if you have the skills DO IT. If you procrastinate, call the Wire Guys. You wont be disappointed. Also, in response to the other negative reviews, we had no problem with them showing up late. I did have to call and leave a message but I didn't feel it took too long for them to call me back. We couldn't be happier."
